1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B-Link Network (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

B-Link Network acts as a directory and promotional platform connecting Black-owned businesses ("Promoters") with individuals ("Users"). B-Link Network does not provide the products or services listed by Promoters and is not a party to any contract formed between Users and Promoters.

3. User Accounts

• •Accuracy: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• •Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •Age: Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. For Businesses (Promoters)

• •Compliance: Promoters represent that all business information, promotions, and licensing are accurate and lawful.
• •Content License: By posting content (images, descriptions, logos), you grant B-Link Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for promotional purposes.
• •Prohibited Content: You may not list illegal services, deceptive offers, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

5. For Customers (Users)

• •No Guarantee: We do not endorse or verify the quality, safety, or legality of the businesses promoted. Use of these businesses is at your own risk.
• •Reviews: If you post reviews, they must be honest, non-defamatory, and based on actual experiences.

6. Fees & Paid Tiers

B-Link Network offers both free and paid listing tiers for businesses. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• •Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. You authorize B-Link Network to charge your payment method on file.
• •Cancellations: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue through the end of the current billing period.
• •Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• •Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users and Promoters agree not to:

• •Use the Site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• •Scrape or harvest data from the Site using automated tools.
• •Interfere with the security or proper working of the Site.
• •Post false, misleading, or defamatory business reviews or listings.

8. DMCA & Copyright Policy

If you believe content on B-Link Network infringes your copyright, please contact us with a description of the work, the infringing URL, and your contact information. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Link Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any interactions between Users and Promoters.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account — User or Business — at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the B-Link Network community.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
