The People Behind the Platform

Leadership Team

CEO

Michael Green

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Co-Founder and CEO of B-Link Network, a platform designed to strengthen communities by increasing visibility and opportunities for Black-owned businesses.

As a retired Army National Guard veteran with more than 20 years of service, I built my career in logistics and operations, serving in roles focused on Unit Supply Management, Automated Logistics, and Ammunition Supply. Those experiences shaped my leadership style, teaching me the value of discipline, accountability, and problem-solving under pressure.

Beyond my professional background, as a proud father of three, and much of my passion for this work stems from my desire to help build a stronger economic future and create lasting opportunities for the next generation.

Today, I bring that same mission-driven mindset to B-Link Network, focusing on community impact, economic empowerment, and meaningful connections that help businesses and communities grow together.

COO

Phillip R. Cavil Sr.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

I am Phillip R. Cavil, Sr., Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of B-Link Network and a retired First Sergeant (1SG) of the Army National Guard, where I served over 20 years with honor. Throughout my military career, I completed numerous military schools, and served in a variety of leadership roles, including combat deployments.

Two of my most impactful assignments were serving as First Sergeant of a Signal Communications Unit and as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Program in Afghanistan, where I supported over 15,000 Soldiers. Those roles meant a lot to me because they allowed me to do what I care about most—help people. I was able to guide Soldiers in their careers, support their well-being, and connect them with the right people and resources to move forward. That passion is what led me to B-Link Network. B-Link is more than a platform—it’s a movement.

My mission has always been about service. Today, that service continues through B-Link—by bringing people together, creating opportunities, and helping our communities grow stronger, one connection at a time.
